Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales and Business Development Director who will initially be focused on identifying, acquiring, and developing new customers and partners through your own network and lead-generation activities done with sales partners. Depending on your prior experience and contacts, you will focus on either the UK, DACH, or Denmark/Nordics. You will have your own budget responsibility and carry full responsibility for developing our business in your segments.

Description

Together with the leadership team, you will define and execute a sales plan to build, drive, and close customer and partner opportunities. You will prospect and generate leads with the rest of the small team and lead generation partners. Through your proactive efforts, you will engage the rest of the organization in acquiring new customers/partners and developing more business with existing customers/partners. This is an exciting opportunity to obtain an operational sales execution role with the ability to influence the overall strategy and direction.

QUalifications

  • Software/technology/services BtB solution selling experience – ideally from digital health or MedTech.

  • You have at least 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in this field.

  • You are motivated by working with fixed goals and creating results in a changing and agile world.

  • You are a team player who naturally spreads positive energy to your surroundings.

  • You have a relevant educational background, preferably a master’s degree in business, health or technical disciplines.

  • You are fluent in English and preferably one other European language.

  • You have a great network among European healthcare providers, pharma or CROs – ideally from the mental health space – and you have a good understanding of the European health sector, reimbursement systems, legislative constraints etc.

  • You are a structured individual, who can both develop and execute a plan while maintaining a high degree of CRM and forecasting discipline.

  • You are passionate about sales and business development, and you like to work in an informal, entrepreneurial high-paced environment, where your initiatives and results are rewarded.

Product Management & Support Internship

Product Management & Support Internship

Innovative and ambitious company within personal health technology is looking for a product management intern to support company growth.
This is a full-time unpaid internship in Copenhagen for minimum five months (starting date can be discussed) and should be part of the applicant’s education.

Key responsibilities

• Configuration of the solution to customers (app and web portal)
• Designing and drafting of app content
• Assisting in trainings and workshops for clinicians
• Assisting in product implementation in research projects and commercial clients
• Maintaining and updating our customer support system
• Assisting in day-to-day tasks

Desired skills and expertise
• Taking a degree in Digital Design, Psychology, Healthcare Technology, Communications or another relevant programme. In any case, technical flair is required
• Service-minded and flexible approach to providing support to customers with varying levels of technical affinity
• Structured and well-organized way of working, with good attention to detail
• Good communication skills in English and Danish – orally as well as in writing
• Able to work independently, yet good interpersonal skills
• Preferably knowledge about mHealth, health technologies and/or mental health
• Experience with graphic design or video creation would be a plus
• Other major languages would be a plus

This is a full-time unpaid internship in Copenhagen, Frederiksberg C, for minimum five months (Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, exact start date can be discussed individually)
